Fundamentals of Business Communication Bundle
Communication is the one skill that shows up in every performance review, and the one almost nobody is taught directly. This bundle examines why communication succeeds or fails at work, and builds the two halves of the skill separately: spoken communication, questioning, listening, starting and ending a conversation well and written communication, structuring, purposeful writing, choosing the right medium, and the grammar and proofreading habits that make writing look professional rather than rushed.
This course aims to help participants understand why communication sometimes fails, choose the right method and medium for a message, run a conversation confidently from open to close, and produce business writing that is well-structured, purposeful, and clean of avoidable errors.
- Early-career professionals building foundational workplace communication skills.
- Anyone whose role depends on cross-team, client-facing or written communication.
- Professionals who communicate confidently out loud but want to sharpen their business writing — or vice versa.
- Teams standardising on a shared communication standard across departments.
