Career Management for New Professionals Bundle

Description

Starting your first professional role brings a lot at once: new expectations, unfamiliar workplace norms, and little guidance on how to progress. This course shows you how to take charge of your own career from day one. You will assess your skills, set realistic goals, build working relationships, gather evidence of your development and plan your next move. Each module uses short workplace scenarios, practical tools and reflection activities. At the end you have a personal career action plan you can take into your next one-to-one with your manager.

Learning Aim

To help new professionals plan, manage and evidence their own career development with confidence, so they progress on purpose and not by chance.
